I love this ring but it is the first item that I have purchased that I have a problem with! I have long straight hair and when I brush it this ring 's elevated heart on top pulls my hair out like one strand or two because the heart is not flat on surface so I am disappointed about that . But it is a beautiful ring!

I love it but one problem ordered on May 5 and received it promptly but within the first week the gold heart fell out of ring. Now I just have a silver band. The hole is there but no heart. If I send back can someone fix it for me. I absolutely love it but it has lost all it’s pizzazz. Could someone please let me know what to do. Thank you
