My Dear Friends,
Like most of you, I've been reading the news about the spread of coronavirus and I wanted to take a moment today to share with you what we are doing to ensure that our team at the Danny Newfeld Collection is safe and to send wishes and hopes to you, our community of customers, that your health and safety are a priority.
Protecting our team
We protect our team. Although our employees do not interact with you, our community of customers, we still operate a design, production and fulfillment facility. We are taking appropriate medical steps to limit our exposure to the virus; reminding our team about the importance of good hygiene and encouraging our non-essential staff to work from home if possible.
Customer Outreach
Our customer outreach, production and fulfillment team continue to operate in order to fulfill orders and continue to be available for all your needs and inquiries.
At this time, we do not expect any shipping delays or disruptions in our services and we continue to operate within the guidelines and safety measures advised by our health ministry. If that situation changes, we will be sure to update you.
Our focus, dedication, and support are unwavering as we navigate these unique times. We hope you and your loved ones remain safe and healthy.
