The "NEW NORMAL", Are You Ready?

My Dear Friends,

It's been just over 3 months since Israel began locking down to limit the spread of Corona. This week announced the easing some of the restrictions. Malls and beaches have begun reopening and even schools have begun resuming classes. I am hopeful that we are on the road to "normal". While I'm happy (and optimistic) the transitions have been challenging - but yet rewarding!

School

My boys have been home from school for nearly 3 months! They not only missed their friends, they also missed their extra curricular activities such as soccer and baseball! Believe it or not, they missed school too...well not really!! Schools all over the world also "learned" to change their style and with ZOOM my kids had daily lessons, and plenty of homework! 

Family

We have made a concerted effort to have a weekly zoom chat, which actually brought even the extended family a bit closer! It's not as wonderful as our weekly dinner, but we connected and are grateful for technology. 

Extended Family

For my wife Sherly, her family is in Italy, and it's been about 3 months since she has been able to see them (in person). Unfortunately, her uncle, and some close family friends have passed away from complications due to Covid-19, which left her with constant fear and worry for her parents and elderly grandparents. She is praying that everyone has a speedy recovery.

What about me?  

For someone who is used living in airports and airplanes, it's unusual to be grounded for such a long time! And it's been AMAZING! I've spent hours on puzzles and other indoor activities with my family, we've been cooking and doing so many activities together. But what's really become evident is the ability to really get my creative juices flowing! In time for Father's Day (June 21) I'm proud to launch our new Men's Collection! 

I am so excited to present necklaces, bracelets and even rings, with  BOLD, and masculine lines! I think you're going to love our braided leather bracelets!
